Jumping from a platform or springboard, this is a discipline that requires much physical and technical capacity, where stunts in the air with one or few figures are made, each with a determined difficulty rate and once completed the athletes must enter the water smoothly and stylishly.

Jumps with pairs are also performed, where the synchronization between the athletes is qualified.

The scores are granted according to the combination of mortal jumps and flips that the athletes do as well as their entry to the water. The points are deduced from 0-10 with a perfect score being 10.
From dynamic rotations in the air to a clean entry to the water, all of it in less than two second, its what athletes of this sport are capable of doing.
